The Littl is a Sydney born and based luxe jewellery label worn and loved by thousands of Australians. The support received from our loyal Australians since launching in 2015 compares to none, and for that, we are eternally grateful to call Australia our one and only home!
From Friday 7th June until 13th September, The Littl will be temporarily relocating to beautiful Europe to immerse themselves in the culture, and inspire the next collection- which means that we will be temporarily swapping our much loved creative Sydney studio for one based in France.
What does this mean for you?
Our Australian customers:
The only change for our beloved Australian customers will be the slightly longer shipping times (7-15 business days). If you are purchasing our jewellery for a gift or an event, please keep this in mind and place your order in ASAP, to be sure to receive your item on time (as there can unfortunately sometimes be shipping delays that are out of our control). Shipping prices will not change: $8 for orders below $100AUD, and free above $100AUD. (INFORMATION UPDATED, PLEASE READ BELOW).
Our European customers:
Shipping times will be shortened, yay! Shipping will be from France, and should therefore arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipping prices will also be lowered to $8 AUD (from $21AUD!).
Rest of the world:
Shipping times will remain the same (7-15 business days), and shipping prices will remain the same $21AUD.
It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by La Poste and we are not responsible for any delays caused by La Poste and for items that are lost by them in transit. Please keep in mind that all pieces are hand-made to order, so allow an extra 3-5 business days for them to be processed/made before shipping (more info on processing times HERE).
*IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS*
Lately, we have unfortunately noticed delays with the French shipping services, and most parcels to Australia have been delivered between 13-20 business days (which in our opinion, is way too long!).
As we will we back to our Sydney studio in much less time than that, we have decided to ship all Australian orders out directly from our Sydney studio, on the 13th September, with Express Shipping.
This will be a much, much faster way for us to get your pieces delivered to you, and in a much safer manner.
We apologise for any confusion, and thank you for your patience and understanding. We cannot wait to get our pieces to you, and look forward to seeing you in our beautiful jewellery very soon!
