The outside of the piece is solid 14k gold, therefore, it interacts with your skin in the same way solid 14k gold would. The pieces you order will be placed in a maximum of 2x gift boxes to avoid waste: eg, if you order 3x items, they will be arranged in 2x boxes only (we do this to minimise waste).
