Where is my order & how long does it take?

Every piece is made to order, so please allow 1–7 business days to prepare and dispatch your order (up to 10 during big sale periods). Delivery time is then added on top.

To track it yourself: use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account to see your orders and tracking any time.

How do I return or exchange something?

We offer jewellery exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, in saleable condition and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we can't exchange earrings, belly-rings, hair-clips or the Flyaway Fix Serum, and custom or engraved pieces can't be exchanged. Swimwear is exchange-for-store-credit within 14 days.

How do discount codes work?

Add your pieces to the cart, then enter your code in the discount box in the cart or at checkout and apply it before you pay.

A few things to know: complimentary gift-with-purchase items are added automatically when you qualify and aren't eligible for exchange, and sale pricing can't be applied to past orders.

What does shipping cost & do you ship worldwide?

Australia: standard shipping is $8.99, and free on orders over $160. Express is $12.99, and free over $249.

Worldwide: yes — USA & NZ from $40, Europe from $45, rest of the world from $65, with free shipping thresholds by region. Duties and taxes aren't included and are collected on delivery by your local customs.

My item arrived faulty or wrong — what do I do?

We're so sorry — we'll make it right. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we'll sort a replacement or fix straight away.
