How to start an exchange

Check it's eligible
Unworn, in saleable condition, with its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. A few items can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons — see below.

Email us to start
Send your order number, the item you'd like to return, the item you'd like instead, and the reason for the exchange.

Post it back
We'll confirm the details and where to send it. Return postage is covered by you, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We send your new piece
Once your return arrives and is approved, we'll get your exchange — or store credit for swim — on its way.

Exchanging jewellery
We offer jewellery exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece comes back in a saleable condition — no signs of damage or wear — and with all of its original packaging.
Return postage for exchanges is covered by you, except where an item is faulty or incorrect. Jewellery that reaches us damaged through improper care can't be accepted.
What we can't exchange
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept exchanges on earrings, belly-rings, hair-clips or the Flyaway Fix Serum.
Custom or engraved pieces are made just for you, so they can't be exchanged either.
Complimentary gifts from a promotion aren't eligible for exchange or return. If you miss choosing your gift at checkout, we'll pick one that complements your order.
Arrived faulty, wrong or missing?
If something's wrong the moment your order lands — faulty, incorrect or missing — that's on us, and we'll fix it straight away. You won't pay a cent in postage.
Just email [email protected] with your order number and a quick photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll organise a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Broke or faded after wearing it?
Different situation — and you're still covered. If a piece breaks or wears out from normal use when it shouldn't, our 3-month warranty has you.
Send a photo to [email protected] and we'll sort a free fix or replacement. Full details are on our warranty page.
Refunds & change of mind
Each piece is lovingly handmade, with real time and care going into it — so we're not able to offer refunds for a change of mind. We'll happily help you exchange within 30 days instead, or arrange store credit for swimwear.
Genuine quality faults are always covered (see above). Any item being returned needs to reach us before we can finish processing an approved replacement or refund.
Swimwear
Because of the nature of swimwear, we offer exchanges for store credit only — so you can repurchase another style, size or colour. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by email.
Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and the hygiene sticker intact, in their original packaging. Return postage is covered by you. Once your return is received and approved, we'll email your store credit.
Sale pricing can't be applied to previous orders.
Archive sale items
Archive sale purchases are final — no exchanges, returns or refunds. These pieces were limited in quantity and won't be restocked once they sell out. Sale discounts can't be applied to past orders.
Caring for & storing your jewellery
Our gift box packaging uses a glue that can react with jewellery over time and cause it to tarnish, so the boxes are for gifting and packaging only.
To keep your pieces at their best, store them individually in an air-tight container so they don't scratch, tangle or tarnish.
