Articles are accepted for credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging should be returned with the item(s)), within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the exchange or return of earrings and belly-rings. However, if you used a promo code to receive a free pair of earrings, and you'd like a return on a faulty item that was purchased (therefore making you not eligible for the promotion anymore), the gifted earrings will have to returned to us before we can process the refund.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

4. All exchanges will be processed for store credit, with which you’re then able to select another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
We attempt to ship all orders promptly, and in most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within two (2) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; The Littl cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
