Articles are accepted for a store credit or exchange within 30 days from the day of purchase, if returned in a saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use) and all jewellery packaging needs to be returned with the item(s).


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for earrings, belly-rings, hair-clips, gift boxes or our Flyaway Fix Serum. We also cannot accept exchanges for any custom/engraved jewellery. 




Please note we do not offer free shipping exchanges, all shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

Please also keep in mind that we cannot accept any returned jewellery that arrives in a damaged condition due to improper care by the customer.

All of our pieces are lovingly hand-made by us in our studio, so time, skill and effort go into hand-crafting each piece which is why we unfortunately cannot accept refunds, store credits or exchanges only.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we are more than willing to issue a full refund. To initiate this process, please contact our dedicated dedicated support team at, and they will be more than happy to assist you. Our support team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and they will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

Please keep note that if you are returning a faulty item for a refund and you had used a promotional code to obtain a complimentary pair of earrings, you will no longer qualify for this promotion. The gifted earrings will need to be returned to us before we can proceed with processing the refund.

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

We attempt to ship all orders promptly, and in most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within one (1) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed (unless you purchase "rush my order").
