Processing & dispatch
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as we can. Many of our pieces are handmade in our Sydney studio, and most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
During major sale periods this can take a little longer, and we'll always keep you posted. Delivery times below start once your order leaves us.
Made-to-order and pre-order pieces ship within the timeframe shown on the product page (for example, within 4 to 6 weeks of your order date). Made-to-order pieces go into production the moment you order, so they can't be cancelled or changed. Pre-order pieces can't be cancelled either. If your order also includes in-stock pieces, everything ships together once your made-to-order piece is ready. Express shipping speeds up delivery once your piece leaves us, but doesn't shorten the making time. If you need a piece by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know honestly whether it's possible.

Once your parcel is with Australia Post, their estimate for Parcel Post (standard) is 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 business days interstate. For Express Post it's 1–2 business days within the same state and 1–3 business days interstate. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
Yes, we deliver to PO boxes in Australia.

Australia Post's estimate is 5–10 business days between major cities. Regional areas, some countries and time in customs can add to this.
DHL Express

Free DHL Express on all international orders of $400 or more.
Cyprus and Turkey are priced as rest of the world. Delivery times are the carriers' estimates, and delays once a parcel is in transit are outside our control. If your parcel seems lost, get in touch and we'll help trace it.
Taxes & duties
USA orders sent with Australia Post: US import duties are prepaid by The Littl, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
DHL Express orders, and all other international orders: duties and taxes are not included in your checkout total. They're set by the customs agency in the destination country and collected from the recipient at delivery. The Littl isn't responsible for these fees.
Where we can't ship right now
We're currently unable to ship to worldwide APO / military addresses, or to the following:
Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cuba, French Polynesia, Honduras, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Nicaragua, Russian Federation, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen.
