PROCESSING & TAXES


Processing Times:
We are currently experiencing delays due to lockdown restrictions and COVID-19. 

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders will be processed and made immediately, and will ship out within one (1) to ten (10) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders.  
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; The Littl cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met. 
 Please make sure your address is correct on your order. The Littl is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us. If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.

Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. The Littl is not responsible for these fees.


AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING- Australia Post

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100AUD. 
    Standard: $4AUD (3-5 business days, & up to 7 business days for remote and regional areas).
  • Express: $8AUD (1-2 business days).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- DHL Express (3-5 business days)
  • Asia + Middle East: $55AUD (5-7 business days_
  • Rest of the world: $30AUD (3-5 business days).

SHIPPING PROTECTION
You can choose to have shipping protection at checkout for a very small fee (calculated at checkout), and this will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. The option is automatically selected, and we encourage all our customers to keep it selected as insurance. By deselecting the shipping protection, The Littl is NOT liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. 


 
It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and DHL International, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.
