Our Sydney studio is still open and processing all online orders including custom pieces and engraving. We aim to process and custom hand-make orders within 1-3 business days, however, with less staff in the studio, we appreciate your patience if there happens to be unexpected (slight) delays.
At the moment, all customer support enquiries are responded to within 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time and will reply to you as soon as we can during our studio hours of 9am - 3:30pm AEST.
Currently, there are no delays with our processing and dispatch times, however, your orders may just take a little more time to get to you than usual.
Australia Post, DHL, and their delivery partners, may be experiencing some delays with both Domestic and International orders due to current travel restrictions.
