All pieces purchased from The Littl come with a 6 month warranty period.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase, and covers all manufacturing faults and defects in materials.
This warranty does not cover chain breakage, loss, or jewellery that has not been cared for (e.g breaks & tarnishing).
Repairs or replacements requested after this period are considered a result of general wear and tear, and will incur a repair fee (up to $60) + postage fee ($10).
Faulty Items and Repairs
All pieces are hand-made by our skilled jewellers before undergoing a thorough quality control process consisting of each piece being extensively checked by a jeweller, senior member and finally a dispatch team member. While The Littl's number one priority is maintaining a high standard of quality, unfortunately, on a rare occasion, a human error may be made.
If you have received a faulty product, you must notify The Littl within 7 days, and provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number (will begin with TL)
- Photograph of the fault along with a brief description.
If your item becomes faulty after this 7-day period, you must notify The Littl and provide an image of the fault. Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear, is up to the discretion of The Littl. General wear and tear such as chain breakage during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. The Littl's jewellery is delicate, and should be handled with care, as explained in the product care instructions provided with every order.
You can choose to have shipping protection at checkout for a very small fee (calculated at checkout), and this will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. The option is automatically selected, and we encourage all our customers to keep it selected as insurance. By deselecting the shipping protection, The Littl is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
