What the 3-month warranty covers
We're proud to offer a 3-month complimentary warranty on all jewellery pieces, effective from the date of delivery. It covers faults in materials and workmanship, and the return shipping to and from our warehouse.
Where a piece is found to be faulty under these terms, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion.
What's not covered
The warranty doesn't cover damage from general wear and tear — including chemical exposure, improper storage or everyday use. Our jewellery is delicate by nature, so it needs gentle handling and regular care. Care instructions come with every order.
Complimentary gifts received during promotional sales aren't covered under this warranty.
The Littl reserves the right to determine whether a fault is a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear and tear.
Outside the 3-month period
In the unlikely event a piece breaks beyond the 3-month warranty period, it's considered general wear and tear. We're not able to offer repairs for wear-and-tear damage, so a replacement would need to be purchased.
As a small business, we know this can be frustrating and we're here to help. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out at [email protected] — we're always happy to help.
Caring for & storing your jewellery
Our gift box packaging uses a glue that can react with jewellery over time and cause it to tarnish, so the boxes are for gifting and packaging only.
To keep your pieces at their best, store them individually in an air-tight container so they don't scratch, tangle or tarnish.
