All pieces are hand-made by our skilled jewellers before undergoing a thorough quality control process consisting of each piece being extensively checked by a jeweller, senior member and finally a dispatch team member. Whilst The Littl's number one priority is maintaining a high standard of quality, unfortunately, on a rare occasion, a human error may be made.
Faulty Items/Manufacturing Defects Warranty:
All pieces purchased from The Littl come with a 6 month warranty period.
This warranty is effective from the date of delivery, and covers all manufacturing faults and defects in materials. For any Faulty Items/Manufacturing Defects, The Littl can offer a repair or a replacement.
Faulty Items/Manufacturing Defect Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, chain breakage, loss, or jewellery that has not been cared for (e.g breaks & tarnishing).
Repairs or replacements requested after this 6 month period are considered a result of general wear and tear, and will incur a repair fee ($10 - $60) + standard return postage fee ($10).
If you have received a faulty product, you must notify The Littl via the faulty product portal HERE.
General Wear & Tear Warranty:
The Littl offer warranty on general wear & tear for up to 3 months. For any wear & tear issues, The Littl can offer a repair or a replacement via the exchanges portal HERE.
Repairs or replacements requested after this 3 month period are considered a result of general wear and tear, and will incur a repair fee ($10 - $60) + standard return postage fee ($10).
Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear, is up to the discretion of The Littl. General wear and tear such as chain breakage during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. The Littl's jewellery is delicate, and should be handled with care, as explained in the product care instructions provided with every order.
