PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, processing times may be slightly longer than usual, with potential delays of up to 10 business days. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to minimise this time and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- "Processing times" and "Shipping times" refer to different stages of your order. "Processing time" is the time our Littl team needs to prepare your order, including handcrafting and packaging it, before it’s ready for the courier to pick it up. "Shipping time" is the period it takes for the courier service to deliver your parcel to you after it has left our warehouse (which is completely out of our control).
- If your order is time sensitive and you need it delivered ASAP, we recommend checking out with "Rush My Order" (+$15 aud) - this service will ensure your parcel is prioritised in the queue, processed, hand-made, and handed over to your selected courier within 24 hours.
