Processing Times

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible.

Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During major sale periods this may take a little longer.

Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are crafted especially for you and ship within the timeframe shown on the product page (for example, within 4 to 6 weeks of your order date). As they go into production the moment you order, they cannot be cancelled or changed. Express shipping speeds up delivery once your piece leaves us, but does not shorten the making time. If you need a piece by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know honestly whether it's possible.

Shipping time frames are then added to the processing times above.

Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are general guidelines. The Littl cannot guarantee the exact time frames noted will be met.

Please make sure your address is correct on your order. The Littl is not responsible for shipping address errors. If we are notified after the package has been sent, we will do our best to contact the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed. If we receive the package back, we will provide you with the option to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded (original shipping charge excluded).

 

Australian Shipping — Australia Post

  • Orders under $160 AUD: $8.99 AUD Standard Shipping
  • Orders of $160 AUD or more: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $249 AUD: $12.99 AUD Express Shipping
  • Orders of $249 AUD or more: Free Express Shipping

Australia Post's estimated delivery times, from when your parcel is with them: Standard (Parcel Post) 2-4 business days within the same state and 3-6 business days interstate; Express Post 1-2 business days within the same state and 1-3 business days interstate. Regional and remote areas can take longer.

 

International Shipping

Choose either option at checkout.

Australia Post International Standard (tracked)

  • USA, Canada, NZ, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean + Pacific Islands: $32 AUD
  • Europe + UK: $40 AUD
  • Rest of the world: $45 AUD

Australia Post's own estimates, between major cities, are 4-7 business days to New Zealand and the UK and 5-9 business days to the USA and Canada. Some countries take longer (for example 7-10 business days to France and 7-12 to Ireland). See Australia Post's estimates by country. Regional areas and time in customs can add to this.

DHL Express

  • USA, Canada, NZ, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean + Pacific Islands: $40 AUD
  • Europe + UK: $45 AUD
  • Rest of the world: $65 AUD
  • Free DHL Express on all international orders of $400 AUD or more.

Cyprus and Turkey are priced as rest of the world. Your exact options and prices for your address show at checkout.

 

Taxes & Duties for International Shipments

USA orders sent with Australia Post: US import duties are prepaid by The Littl, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

DHL Express orders, and all other international orders: duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. The Littl is not responsible for these fees.

 

Currently Not Shipping To

Worldwide APO/Military Addresses. Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, French Polynesia, Honduras, Iran, Islamic Republic of Korea (North), Libya, Nicaragua, Russian Federation, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic (Syria), Ukraine, Yemen, Azerbaijan.

 

It is our goal to provide you with your pieces in a timely and safe manner. However, the delivery times above are Australia Post's estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or items lost in transit.
