A refund will only be accepted in this case (excluding return shipping) if 2x of the exact same bikinis are ordered, clearly proving to us that they were both purchased for size comparing purposes.

Caring For Your Swimwear

CARE

Rinse immediately after use to clean out salt, sand, pool water and perspiration.
Hand wash in cool/warm water with mild detergent or liquid soap after every wear.
Do not wring, soak or bleach.
Do not tumble dry- only drip dry in shade.
Do not leave rolled up wet or store when damp.
Do not iron or dry clean.
Do not wear in over-chlorinated water.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces (like velcro, rocks or poolside tiles and pavers) as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
Some sunscreen lotions, tanning oils and fake tanning products may mark, stain or damage swimwear - this is not a fault of the swimsuit - please keep these off your swimsuit.

Littl Swim does not take any responsibility for garments that are ruined or damaged due to poor care in wearing, washing and handling.

All of our swimwear is designed in-house by our founder and designer, who carefully considers every detail to create the perfect swimsuit.

Our design process takes months to complete, as we carefully review every aspect of the swimwear to ensure a perfect fit, and enhance the female form. We take great pride in our production process, as every detail is meticulously reviewed and refined to meet our high standards of quality. Our swimsuits are made with precision and care, ensuring that every stitch and seam is perfect.

PROCESSING

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, however all our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your order to be handmade and dispatched.
During the peak sale periods, processing times can increase to 10 business days.
Shipping times frames are then added onto the processing times above.

Orders up to $160 AUD: $8.99 AUD Standard Shipping.
Orders over $160 AUD: Free Standard Shipping.
Orders under $180 AUD: $12.99 AUD Express Shipping.

International Shipping - DHL Express

USA + NZ: $40 AUD (3-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $350 AUD.
Europe: $45 AUD (3-7 business days). Free shipping on orders over $350 AUD.
Rest of the world: $65 AUD (3-7 business days). Free shipping on orders over $400 AUD.

It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and DHL International, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
At The Littl, we offer Shipping Protection to cover packages that are lost or damaged during transit. While shipping is beyond our control, purchasing our protection gives us the ability to assist you with positive solutions and outcomes.

TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. The Littl is not responsible for these fees.

Returns And Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES THE LITTL

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item(s) are returned in a saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use) and with all original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for earrings, belly-rings, hair-clips or our Flyaway Fix Serum. Additionally, custom or engraved jewellery is non-exchangeable.

Please be aware that shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. Returned jewellery that arrives damaged due to improper care by the customer cannot be accepted.

Please note that complimentary gifts received through promotions are not eligible for exchange or return. If a gift selection is missed during checkout, we will do our best to choose one that complements your order.

WAREHOUSE SALE purchases are final and non-refundable. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. Products available in this sale were limited in quantity and will not be restocked once sold out. Sale discount cannot be applied to past orders.

REFUNDS

All of our pieces are hand-made in our studio, so time, skill and effort go into hand-crafting each piece which is why we unfortunately cannot accept refunds.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, missing or incorrect item, we are happy to organise a correct replacement for you. Customers must be reach out within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please keep note that all items will need to be returned to us before we can proceed with processing the refund.

STORAGE

Our gift box packaging is made using a glue that can cause a chemical reaction with your jewellery meaning your pieces can tarnish over time. These boxes are designed for packaging and gifting purposes only.

We recommend storing your pieces individually in an air-tight storage container to ensure your pieces don't become scratched, tangled or tarnished.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE SWIMWEAR
