• Australia: Australia Post estimates 2 to 6 business days for standard and 1 to 3 for Express, depending on where you are.
• Overseas: choose Australia Post International Standard or DHL Express at checkout. Between major cities, Australia Post estimates 4 to 7 business days to New Zealand and the UK, and 5 to 9 to the USA and Canada. Some countries take longer, so check Australia Post's estimates by country.

Yes. Every piece comes with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and material defects. If something goes wrong that isn't normal wear and tear, get in touch and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. The warranty doesn't cover everyday wear and tear, snapped chains, or pieces that haven't been cared for.

Your Littl pieces are made to be loved for years to come. To keep them looking their loveliest, rinse with fresh water after the beach, the pool or a workout, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Keep them away from perfume, lotion and harsh cleaners, and store them somewhere dry when they're resting. For pearls, a gentle pass with a soft toothbrush now and then keeps them glowing. A little care, and they'll stay beautiful for years.

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces can't be cancelled once your order is placed, and made-to-order pieces can't be changed either, as they go into production the moment you order. For anything else, like a change of address or an in-stock piece, please get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can to catch it before it ships.

For USA orders sent with Australia Post, US import duties are prepaid by us, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. For DHL Express orders and all other countries, local duties and taxes aren't included at checkout and may be collected on delivery, depending on your country's rules.
