Shipping & delivery
Swim pieces on pre-order ship on the timing shown on this page. Australia: free standard shipping on orders of $160 or more ($8.99 under), and free express on orders of $249 or more ($12.99 under). International: Australia Post International Standard from $32, or DHL Express from $40, with free DHL Express on orders of $400 or more.
Returns & exchanges
Because of the nature of swimwear, we offer exchanges for store credit only, so you can choose another style, size or colour. Requests need to be made within 14 days of delivery by getting in touch, and once your return is received and approved we'll email your store credit. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and the hygiene sticker intact, in their original packaging. Return postage is covered by you. If a piece arrives faulty or incorrect, get in touch within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Care
Rinse straight after wearing to clear salt, sand and chlorine. Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent after every wear. Don't wring, soak or bleach. Drip dry in the shade — never tumble dry, iron or dry clean, and don't store damp or rolled up wet. Avoid rough surfaces like poolside tiles, rocks and velcro. Keep sunscreen and tanning oils off the fabric, as they can mark or stain it.

    • Overseas: Australia Post International Standard or DHL Express, chosen at checkout. Between major cities, Australia Post estimates 4 to 7 business days to New Zealand and the UK, and 5 to 9 to the USA and Canada (see every country).

  • For USA orders sent with Australia Post, US import duties are prepaid by us, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. For DHL Express orders and all other countries, local duties and taxes aren't included at checkout and may be collected on delivery, depending on your country's rules.
