Each order is handmade to order. Please allow:

• 1–7 business days for your item to be crafted and dispatched.
• During peak sale periods, processing times may increase to 10 business days.

• Orders over $120 AUD: FREE Standard Shipping.

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for store credit or exchange. To qualify:

• Items must be in saleable condition, showing no signs of damage or wear.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging.

Please Note:

• We cannot accept exchanges for earrings, belly rings, hair clips, or our Flyaway Fix Serum.
• Custom or engraved jewellery is non-exchangeable.
